I signed up but wasn't charged? When will I get my order?
All cookie club memberships are processed on the 25th of the month for the following month. (i.e. 25th of August for September's box). Membership boxes are processed on the 25th and shipped off by the 28th.
Can I get just one dozen a month for my membership?
Unfortunately, due to shipping costs, one dozen a month membership wouldn't be cost-effective. We do offer a "Bi-monthly" membership to help with spreading out the cookie love.
How do I choose my cookie flavors for the month?
On the 1st of the month, log into your membership account and you'll get to make your picks for the following month. We'll also send you an email letting you know to make your picks.
I forgot to make my picks, what cookies will I get?
If you don't make your choices, we'll send you one bag of the cookie flavor of the month and one bag of your favorite cookie on file. If you didn't choose a favorite flavor, we'll do a random pick.
Can I change my shipping address?
Your shipping address can be different from your billing address. If one month you want a break and send a gift, just update the shipping address for the next month's box by the 25th.
Am I able to change my payment method?
You can update your payment method in your membership account at any time.
When will my credit card get charged each month?
All memberships are charged on the 25th of each month for the following month's box. Bi-Monthly memberships will process on the 25th of the month prior to their active box month.
If I change my mind on what cookies I want, can I go back and change them?
You can resubmit your form and we'll do our best to honor the most recent request.
Am I able to skip a month or change my subscription type?
Our software at this time does not handle paused subscriptions, however, you can cancel at any time and rejoin when you're ready. If you are looking to skip a month or reduce deliveries, we recommend switching to the "Bi-Monthly" plan.
